Now that we have an active baby, we will be spending a lot of time out in the backyard on the grass this summer. We love our deck but with Cam, we will definitely be spending most of our outdoor time down on the grass playing. Under our deck we have a patio that I wanted to turn into a little hangout spot for when we are outback.
My goal was to make this a spot where we can hangout and with friends and family while the kids play. I set out on a mission to decorate this outdoor space with a $1,000 budget. Because this doesn't have a covered roof I don't want to do anything that could risk getting ruined from rain that would fall through the deck floor up above. Check out my vision/plan below!
